Indian constitution and Indian Penal Code

Constitution does not have all the laws. The constitution is the basis of all laws that are made in this country. It is like your computer programming class. Where there are certain rules/syntax for each programming language and the program has to be made within those rules. So if programming language is a country, rules are the constitution and individual programs are other laws.
The constitution does not contain crimes and their punishments. Those are given in the Indian Penal Code. The Indian penal code defines what is an offense and how its commission is to be punished but what is the limit of those punishments or what cannot be considered as a crime is interpreted from the constitution.
The constitution provides the relationship between the three organs of government (the legislature, executive and judiciary). How to manage the money country has by way of taxes or what is the extent of those taxes….”
