This is not a motivational piece. It is a record of observation, failure, correction, and lived experience. No Comfort, No Excuses only actions.
Prologue: Why These Rules Exist
Life does not negotiate. It does not slow down because you are confused, emotional, or unprepared. It moves by its own rules. Most suffering comes not from hardship itself, but from refusing to accept this fact.
These 26 principles are not commandments meant for approval. Some are uncomfortable. Some are unpopular. All are practical. Take what sharpens you. Ignore what does not.
1 Be the Best at your Worst
Life is HARD. There is no workaround. If you are not prepared to face it, reality will crush you anyway. Wake up. Nature itself is working relentlessly for your survival. Gravity holding you in place, the sun burning endlessly to sustain life. The least you can do is show up strong, even on your weakest days.
2 Quality Over Quantity
Chose few quality people over quantity. Chose few premium clothing and essentials over cheap ones. Quality reduces noise, decisions, and regret.
3 Learn to say NO
Excellence gives you the authority to refuse. Be so good at what you do that your presence is respected even in your absence. Be so good at what you do, so that they cannot ignore you.
4 Go Minimalist
We suffer more from excess than from scarcity. Look around you. Most of what drains you is unnecessary. Eliminate stuffs and declutter for clarity.
5 Be Happy for NO reason
You made it to 2026 being alive. That alone is reason enough. Happiness does not always need justification.
6 Learn Something New
Learn anything every week. Skills compound quietly but powerfully. It can be simple as deep cleaning or macro economics or machine learning.
7 Low on Food, High on Burn
One of best thing you can do to your body is eating less. Stop junk. Eating less, eating right, and staying active can do more than medication ever will. Mindful consumption beats mindless pills.
8 No Drama, Only actions
People love drama in Life. That is why they gossip and post opinions. Stop reacting to opinions. Focus on execution. Results speak louder than noise.
9 Non Zero Day
This is my new moto since 2025. This is huge idea. Not a single day without exercise and learning. Consistency beats intensity. Will write more about it in coming days.
10 New Place Every Month
Visit a new place (preferably nature) environment. Write something every week. Movement and expression keep the mind alive.
11 Stay Hard-Callus Your Mind
Fear of something? Consume so much of it so that it becomes potion. Fear fades with exposure. Face it repeatedly until it loses control over you.
12 Buy Good Over-ear Headphones
A good playlist and noise cancellation can protect your mental space. Focus is a superpower.
13 Drive / Ride Fast
You may not agree on this. But trust me it helps riding at 100 kmph. It is not about speed. it is about precision, awareness, and control under pressure. Mastery builds confidence. It is way of motivation for me.
14 Self Audit Every Month
Are you on track? How do even know? Self Audit. If you cannot measure it, you cannot correct it. Write things down. Adjust deliberately. Write things down and get on track if you feel off-track.
15 Identify One Thing You are Doing Wrong
Most of our lives are shit cos of one thing we do wrong every single day. You have to identify that. You should fix it. You must fix it. It can be anything. Be brutally honest and fix it.
16 Muscles over Motivation
Lot of motivational stuffs are short term. You need a strong mindset or system to be strong. One of best ways to get strong is by being hard on muscles. Overtime you brain rewires to be strong for hard things.
17 Stop Changing People
There is NO point in it. Do not waste your precious time. People change when they want to. No motivation not moral policing help. Trust me. I have done it.
18 Start Changing Yourself
Compare with whom you are today with yesterday not with others. You have evolve everyday for a better you. Every action you take to build yourself defines who you become.
19 Burn Bridges, Build Boundaries
Burn bridges with people who NO longer working for you. It can be anyone. Build a boundary to define who are good enough for you. Stay connected but mentally disconnected.
20 Stop Scrolling
Social Media is Dumb and Doomed. People who post things on social media are mentally weak. Very few post enriching content for well being of people. Follow only them.
21 Stop Finding Meaning
There is NO meaning of Life. Stop finding one. Experience Life at full potential. Let life be like heartbeat. Ups and Downs keep you alive. Straight line means dead.
22 Laugh at Yourself
Make fun of yourself before others make fun of you. You can go wrong in many ways and that is okay. I have failed more than I have succeeded. Looking back, it makes me laugh how stupid I was!
23 Make Money
Most of silly problems can disappear if you make more money. Elevate your standard of living. Move to a peaceful locality. Travel in a car.
24 Stop Fearing Death
Go Adventure Mode. Travel alone. What the worst things will happen? Death? Anyhow you will. Explore new places. Do not take much photos and share on social media. Go incognito and just enjoy.
25 Life is a Single Player Game
Life in a Single Player Game. Do NOT multi-play it. You think it is multi play game. Society conditions you to believe in it. This is why you always want someone to be with to play it. Be in a group but alone.
26 There is NO Nyaya, Anyaya in World, only Niyama
Recently I somewhere read that there is NO justice(Nyaya) or Injustice (Anyaya) in this world. Only Order (Niyama) in nature. We cannot debate on “Why Deers are hunted by lions?” , “Why fishes are hunted by birds?”. No answer. Everything works on Niyama(order) of survival. What is justice for you can be injustice to others. What is justice for others is injustice for you. It is just order of survival.
Epilogue:
In the end, life does not reward intention. It responds to action.
Not morality. Not fairness. Not excuses.
Once you accept that the world operates on order, not sentiment, clarity follows. You stop demanding justice from chaos. You stop waiting for permission. You stop blaming circumstances.
Replace Discipline with motivation, Boundaries with expectations. Action with complaints.
